Terms & Conditions

1  .As the hirer you must adhere to any age restriction to any inflatables in your possesion.and that  there is adult supervision at all times.

2.  If the castle fails for any reason, make sure everybody leaves the castle immediately 

3.  Always use the blowers with the RCD circuit supplied.Never turn the blower off whilst in use.

4.  You,the Hirer must keep the Sand bags and/or Pegs tied down at all times!

5.  Children with medical conditions or who are feeling unwell, must not use the inflatable at all.

6.  Children taller than the wallls of the castle, must not use.

7.  Children must remove shoes,any sharp objects.No food,toys,party poppers or face paint are allowed onto the castles.

8.  No  horse play,climbing of the walls, jumping on the front step, or having bigger children with smaller children is allowed.

9.  The safe operation of the inflatable is on hire and in your care.We (Lucky casles) will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries however caused.

10.  As the hirer you are responsible for the theft or damage(Including the return in an unacceptably dirty condition) and will be charged accordingly.

11.  We are not responsible for bad weather.Castles with raincovers can be used in light rain only!

12. Sumo and Gladiator are both contact sports and should only take place on the mats or flatbed with the safety equipment supplied.

13.Only ever hand over Hired equipment to the Delivery driver or anybody authorised by us with a copy of the Rental agreement.

 FAQ'S

  How much space do I need?

2ft extra either side of the inflatable & about 4 ft in front to make it easy to get on & off and 3 ft behind for the inflatable blower. The inflation tube needs to be fully extended when in use.

  Clean Inflatables?

Yes they are, we always check our Inflatable's after every hire, & clean if needed. All we ask is that you make sure no one eats on the inflatable, and if you do make a mess on the castles please just wipe it up afterwards.

  What type of surface do I need?

Grass, on a level surface is the safest, We hire on  concrete  provided the surface is level and not full  of loose chippings, gravel .

   Is the equipment safe?

Yes all our inflatable have current safety certificates . We provide RCD plugs when needed.

  Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle though the house?

Only if the castle is a 15ft x 12ft or smaller provided someone is available to help lifting. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks.Unfortunately if it should rain,water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet !

  Can you get up a flight of steps?

No. Because of the size and weight of the Inflatable's we can not cope with a flight of steps, but a couple of steps are achievable.

  How does the castle stay up?

We use electric blowers, which stay on all the time the inflatable is in use, and we can provide up to 40 meters of extension lead.

  How much electric does the castle use?

Aproximately 1p  per full hour of usage... Yes 1p  per hour!
